The perfect proof that COVID-19 didn’t bring only negative outcomes is Schorsch Gin from the Basel region. Three friends from Basel used the first three months of the lockdown to realize a project they had been planning for some time: creating a spirit made exclusively with ingredients sourced from Switzerland, supporting local suppliers. Since then, additional variations have been developed, each impressing with its own unique flavor.
